• Overview:

• We are seeking a skilled Lead Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various carpentry tasks and possess strong leadership abilities.

• Duties:

• Oversee and lead carpentry projects from start to finish
• Perform concrete forming, cabinet installation, frame carpentry, and other carpentry tasks
• Read and interpret blueprints to execute projects accurately
• Ensure quality craftsmanship and adherence to project specifications
• Manage a team of carpenters and provide guidance and training as needed

• Requirements:

• Proven experience in residential/commercial framing,decks,siding
• Proficiency in reading and understanding blueprints
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise a team effectively
• Knowledge of CNC operations is a plus
• Ability to plumb accurately and ensure precise measurements
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
