Experienced Carpenter Are you an experienced Carpenter looking for a new opportunity in the bustling city of Los Angeles? Look no further! Our well-established construction company is seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard. You will work closely with our team of builders and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Measure and mark cutting lines on materials using rulers, pencils, chalks, and marking gauges
• Follow blueprints and building plans to meet project requirements
• Install structures and fixtures such as windows, frames, floorings, trim, and hardware
• Construct building frameworks including walls, floors, ceilings, and doorframes
• Use appropriate tools such as saws, drills, hammers, levels, sanders to complete projects
• Inspect structures to determine if repairs or replacements are needed
• Comply with safety regulations at all times

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Carpenter with at least 3 years of experience
• Proficient in using hand tools and power tools
• Ability to read blueprints and follow building plans accurately
• Knowledge of different carpentry techniques including framing, roofing, finishing etc.
• Good physical stamina and manual dexterity
• Attention to detail and accuracy in measurements
• Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines

Salary:

We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month along with accommodation. In addition to this, we provide free visa sponsorship and air tickets for non-local candidates.
