Job Description:
The job involves preparing new homes for delivery over to new homeowners, includes anything from: paint touch ups, caulking, fixing all trim carpentry work such as window casings, base and crown, cabinet repairs/touch ups, drywall repair & patching- including texture matching (must be highly skilled) , some tile repair, light electrical repairs/ testing, cleaning, must know what to look for to finalize a home and may need to create your own punch list. Essential to have the tools, skills and ability to perform all punch items in the entire home (2500 Sq. Ft. + average) in 8-12hrs or less per home. Home values range from $400,000
