This position is ideal for a highly skilled framing professional who can work independently, read blueprints confidently, and help keep projects moving efficiently on-site. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on framing experience, owns their tools, has reliable transportation, and takes pride in producing high-quality work. We are looking for someone local, reliable, hardworking, and interested in long-term steady work. Requirements 5-8 years of framing and carpentry experience required Strong knowledge of residential wood framing Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans Must own standard framing/carpentry tools Valid Driver's License required Ability to drive a truck preferred Reliable transportation and punctuality required Must be physically capable of lifting and performing construction labor daily Strong work ethic and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications Experience leading or guiding small framing crews Trim carpentry experience is a plus Familiarity with metal stud framing is helpful Problem-solving mindset and ability to work with minimal supervision Stable work history preferred Location Requirement Applicants should live within approximately 15 miles of Orange, CA 92867.
