Primary Responsibilities & Duties Knowledge and experience of various types of structure formwork for footings and walls, scaffolding and framework. Measure, cut, assemble and install forms, embeds and anchor bolts. Includes constructing and erecting built-in-place or prefabricated wood forms. Construct and erect gang form systems. Secure and brace formwork for proper dimensioning per plans and drawings. Place and finish concrete surfaces as required. Install embeds and anchor bolts. Assemble and install embeds and other miscellaneous metal components. Handling and securely rigging formwork and other components. Safely operate tools and equipment including electric saws, cut-off grinders, hand tools, levels, hammers, torches, magnetic drills, saw-zall, etc. Qualifications Strong working knowledge, skills, and abilities for responsibilities and duties. Ability to follow and communicate instructions. Proficiency in the safe and efficient use of hand tools, power tools, and layout tools. Ability to work from a ladder, platform, manlift, or scaffold without issue. Must have most ordinary carpentry hand tools

Additional Information:

Prevailing Wage including fringe benefits (healthcare, dental, 401k). Full time, typically 8-hr shifts Monday - Friday.
