The Role We are looking for a Skilled Construction Laborer to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on construction experience who takes pride in quality workmanship and wants to grow with a respected residential builder. What You'll Do Perform general construction work on residential remodeling and renovation projects Assist with framing, drywall, insulation, flooring, trim, and finish carpentry Perform demolition and site preparation as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site Follow project scopes, plans, and direction from Project Managers Communicate effectively with team members and leadership Deliver high-quality workmanship and attention to detail Represent the company professionally when interacting with homeowners and trade partners What We're Looking For 2+ years of construction experience Strong skills in one or more trades, such as carpentry, drywall, flooring, or finish work Ability to safely and effectively use hand and power tools Reliable, punctual, and accountable Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Ability to adapt and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Bonus Qualifications OSHA certification Ability to read plans and work independently Residential remodeling experience

Compensation & Benefits Pay:
