Apprentice Termite Repair Carpenter Join Our Team at Take Care Termite & Pest Control Take Care Termite & Pest Control is seeking a motivated and dependable Apprentice Termite Repair Carpenter to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in the construction and pest control industry while learning valuable carpentry and structural repair skills from experienced professionals. Position Summary The Apprentice Termite Repair Carpenter will assist with wood repairs related to termite and dry rot damage on residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate is hardworking, reliable, eager to learn, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities Assist with termite and dry rot repairs Remove and replace damaged wood Perform basic framing, siding, trim, fascia, and decking repairs Prepare job sites and clean work areas Safely use hand and power tools Follow company safety procedures and quality standards Communicate professionally with customers and team members Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment Qualifications Construction or carpentry experience preferred but not required Willingness to learn and take direction Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in all weather conditions Our insurance requires a Valid California driver's license with clean driving record and at least 21 years of age Able to climb and work from ladders.
