Carpenter Foreman (All Phases) - Commercial Construction (Denver Metro) We are hiring a Carpenter Foreman to lead crews on commercial construction projects throughout the Denver metro area. This is a long-term opportunity with a general contractor that values growth, strong leadership, and doing things the right way.
Projects:
Ground-up + tenant improvements K-12, hospitals, hotels, multifamily, assisted living
What You'll Do:
Lead and manage a crew of 3-10 carpenters on active job sites Work as a tools-on foreman (not just paperwork) Read and interpret blueprints, layout work, and direct daily tasks Oversee carpentry scope from start to completion Ensure clean, organized, and safe job sites
Build/oversee:
Backing & blocking Safety rails & handrails Rough + finish carpentry Punch list and project closeout Coordinate with superintendent and other trades to keep projects on schedule
What We're Looking For:
10-15 years of commercial carpentry experience 4+ years as a Carpenter Foreman with a General Contractor Strong experience across all phases (rough to finish) Ability to read blueprints and run layout Experience leading small crews and managing daily production Must be comfortable working with tools daily
