$24 - $33 per hour About the Role We're looking for dependable and skilled Concrete Carpenters to join a growing team working on heavy civil and highway projects across the Front Range. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their craftsmanship and wants steady, long-term work on impactful infrastructure projects. What You'll Be Doing Build, set, and strip formwork for concrete structures Read and interpret basic drawings and specifications Work on heavy civil and highway projects (bridges, roads, structures) Collaborate with crews to meet project timelines and quality standards Maintain a safe and organized job site What We're Looking For 3+ years of concrete formwork experience Experience in heavy civil or highway construction is a strong plus Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions Must have your own tools and reliable transportation Valid driver's license required Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening #
