Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Demonstrates ability to learn new skills and continually refine your skills to reach perfection Upholds the standards of the company along with a strong moral center. Ensures safe working conditions. Balancing the execution of job requirements as well as ensuring worker safety and taking preventative measures. Works closely with subcontractors to ensure that we receive highest quality workmanship
MUST BE ON TIME, EVERY TIME!
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS 3 to 4 years of experience in finished carpentry, drywall, tiling, minor electrical and plumbing Previous experience leading and supervising field crews preferred. Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check Must have valid driver license Must be able to read blueprints Own standard set of tools to perform tasks (Most hand tools, drill set) Excellent troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent customer service skills Time Management - Ability to prioritize and organize tasks Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to develop trust and respect. A Team Player. Excellent verbal and written communication Ability to work under pressure and effectively delegate Must be able to work full schedule and any additional overtime hours with little to no notification.
HOURS, WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This is a full-time position with the ability to go into overtime hours. Working hours vary from job site and/or project timeline, but generally the hours are Monday through Friday from 10:00 P.M. - 6:00 A.M. Must be able to work occasional weekends, (Saturday nights or Sunday). This position requires traveling to job sites as assigned. Job sites are mainly within Denver and Northen Colorado surrounding areas. This position will be required to adhere to large amounts of standing, walking, bending, squatting and/or lifting. Must be able to lift, carry and move up to 50lbs.
