Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Tradesman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a diverse skill set in various trades including minor electrical and plumbing, carpentry, painting, and other residential tradework . This role requires hands-on experience and the ability to work independently and efficiently, both alone and while managing an assistant. Knowledge of various construction materials and a knack for creative problem-solving is a plus! This role involves working in occupied and vacant homes, so professionalism and personal appearance is of the upmost importance. Candidates will be responsible for executing a wide range of construction and maintenance tasks, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. Must have appropriate tools and a vehicle appropriate for safely transporting materials such as lumber, ladders, and the like. This is a 1099 subcontractor position highly competitive pay for the right candidate. Duties Execute short-term, multi-trade projects with the priority on excellent service and customer satisfaction. Conduct tasks across a wide range of skill sets such as framing, trim carpentry, tile, paint, siding, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. Willing to work flexible hours, as needed, to meet client deadlines. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols, the clients living space and possessions with the utmost care and respect. Requirements Proven experience in various trades. Proficiency in using hand and power tools safely and efficiently. Strong knowledge of various techniques and building materials. Extreme professionalism including personal presentation. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Proficient with a computer and cell phone Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Must possess a valid driver's license.
