Job Description

Overview We are seeking an experienced Residential Remodeling Supervisor / Lead (Hands-On) to oversee and execute remodeling projects within the Denver Metro area. This leadership role requires a hands-on approach, combining project management expertise with active participation in on-site construction activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in construction management, site supervision, and technical proficiency with industry-standard software and tools. This position offers an opportunity to lead dynamic remodeling projects, ensure quality standards, and coordinate teams effectively. Responsibilities Lead and supervise residential remodeling projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Coordinate daily construction activities on-site, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow management. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to guide project execution. Utilize construction management software JobTread and other construction management tools for planning, tracking, and reporting project progress. Manage subcontractors and labor teams to ensure safety compliance and high-quality workmanship. Conduct quality control inspections throughout the project lifecycle to meet client expectations and industry standards. Monitor project budgets and assist with construction estimating and contract management. Implement safety protocols in accordance with OSHA standards to maintain a safe work environment. Perform hands-on tasks ( Remodeling) Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and team members to facilitate smooth project execution. Document job progress with photos and notes Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners Requirements Proven experience in residential remodeling or construction management with a strong background in supervising construction sites. Hands-on experience with blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating. Familiarity with project scheduling tools such as JobTread ( We will train on this) Strong understanding of OSHA safety standards and best practices for construction site safety compliance. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality control. Supervising experience with a track record of leading teams effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients (), subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams. This role is ideal for a proactive leader who thrives in a hands-on environment while managing complex residential remodeling projects within the Denver Metro area.
