In this energetic role, you will be responsible for executing high-quality finish carpentry tasks, installing fixtures, and ensuring every detail aligns with project specifications. Your expertise will help transform spaces, delivering exceptional results that meet client expectations and uphold safety standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills in a fast-paced environment while contributing to impactful projects across residential, commercial, or restoration industries. Responsibilities Measure, cut, assemble, and install trim, cabinetry, doors, windows, and other finish carpentry components using hand tools and power tools. Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute installation plans. Perform wood framing to prepare structures for finishing. Install fixtures such as lighting, cabinetry, shelving, and hardware with precision and attention to detail. Use fabrication techniques for custom woodwork or metal components. Perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining adherence to safety protocols on construction sites. Read and interpret schematics and technical instructions for complex installation projects. Assist with siding installation, rebar placement, light plumbing, light electrical, flooring installation, tile laying, and many other related construction tasks as needed. Experience Proven experience in finish carpentry and installation roles within the construction or restoration industry. Skilled in trim carpentry, door hanging, cabinet installation, and fixture setup. Familiarity with construction estimating processes is a plus. Hands-on experience with hand tools such as saws, chisels, hammers; power tools including drills and sanders; and heavy equipment if necessary. Knowledge of blueprint reading and schematics for precise project execution. Experience working on construction sites with a strong understanding of safety procedures. Background in remodeling projects involving flooring installation, tile work, drywall finishing or painting is advantageous. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining physical stamina throughout demanding workdays. Restoration industry experience including water damage repair is highly valued.
