Branford, Connecticut Job Description Seeking High-End Residential Finish Carpenters to work on custom homes and luxury residential projects throughout CT. Duties may include but are not limited to installing custom trim packages, crown molding, baseboard, wall paneling, ceiling details, stair trim, and detailed architectural finishes on high-end residential projects.

Responsibilities:

Installing high-end finish trim packages in luxury residential homes Installing crown molding, baseboard, window and door casings, coffered ceilings, wall paneling, shiplap, and custom trim details Working with stain-grade materials and maintaining a high level of finish quality and attention to detail Reading and understanding blueprints, finish drawings, and layout specifications Using hand and power tools safely and efficiently while maintaining clean and organized job sites Performing precise measuring, cutting, fitting, and installation of finish materials Working directly with project managers and other trades to ensure projects are completed to the highest standards

Qualifications:

Previous high-end residential finish carpentry experience required Strong experience with custom trim installation and detailed finish work Experience working with stain-grade materials and high-end finishes Ability to read blueprints and detailed finish drawings Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to work 40 hours a week Be able to work overtime if needed Reliable transportation and finish carpentry tools preferred Strong references that will support your work history Pay range: $33.00/hr. - $38.00/hr.
