The Opportunity Inspired Closets Rhode Island is expanding! We are looking for a skilled, reliable Closet Installer to join our growing team. We specialize in turning everyday spaces into beautiful, high-end residential storage solutions across RI, MA, and CT. If you have a sharp eye for detail, enjoy working with your hands, and want a stable, year-round indoor role, we'd love to speak with you. The Routine:
Review project plans, load up the necessary components, and head out with the team in a company vehicle to the job site.
The Craft:
Install custom cabinets, closets, and storage systems cleanly and efficiently.
The Client:
Provide great customer service by keeping a tidy workspace and answering homeowner questions professionally.
The Team:
Work with a team to get the job done right and safely. What You Bring to the
Table Experience:
3+ years of cabinetry, woodworking, or residential carpentry experience.
Skills:
Comfort reading basic layout drawings, solid tape-measure math, and clean tool skills.
The Basics:
A valid Driver's License, reliable transportation and clean driving record are required.
Certifications:
OSHA 10 is preferred not required.
Professionalism :
Because you will be interacting directly with homeowners in luxury spaces, a professional attitude, clean presentation, and clear communication skills are absolute requirements. Physical Requirements This is an active, physical role. You'll need to be comfortable lifting up to 80 lbs, bending, kneeling, and safely operating standard woodworking power tools.
