45 Hours per Week We are currently hiring experienced Concrete Carpenters for a long-term construction project in Dover, DE. This position will support a large-scale project located on an Air Force base and will focus heavily on structural and site concrete work. Candidates must be dependable, safety-focused, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced commercial construction environment.

Scope of Work:

Concrete Carpenters on this project will be responsible for forming, building, and assisting with a variety of concrete structures including: Concrete foundations Slab-on-grade construction Concrete walls and columns Structural concrete roof slabs Concrete loading docks Site paving concrete

Responsibilities:

Build, set, and strip concrete forms Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings Measure, cut, and assemble forming materials Install embeds, anchor bolts, and layout components accurately Assist with concrete pours and finishing operations as needed Maintain a clean and safe work environment Work collaboratively with crews and supervisors to meet production schedules

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Concrete Carpenter on commercial or industrial projects Strong knowledge of concrete forming systems and layout Ability to work outdoors in varying jobsite conditions Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding work Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

Because this project is located on a federal Air Force base, all candidates must be able to: Pass a drug screen Pass a federal-level background check Comply with all site security and safety requirements
