We build and finish high-quality custom homes and spec homes throughout North Central Florida. We are looking for team members with experience in residential construction tasks including trim carpentry, punch-out work, paint touch-ups, flooring, tile, light framing, and general finish work. This is a full-time position with steady work and opportunities for advancement. Responsibilities Perform residential punch-out and finish work on new construction homes Install interior trim including baseboard, casing, doors, shelving, and hardware Complete paint touch-ups and minor drywall repairs Install flooring, tile, and other finish materials Assist with light framing and general carpentry tasks as needed Identify and correct construction defects or incomplete items Maintain a clean and organized jobsite Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently Work with project managers and subcontractors to complete homes on schedule Ensure work meets company quality standards Qualifications Experience in residential construction, carpentry, punch-out, or handyman work preferred Knowledge of trim carpentry, paint, flooring, tile, or general construction tasks Ability to use common hand tools and power tools Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Ability to work independently and stay productive Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Ability to lift materials and work in indoor/outdoor jobsite conditions Positive attitude and strong work ethic What We Offer Full-time, steady work Competitive pay based on experience Opportunities for growth and advancement Family-oriented company culture Work on high-quality residential projects throughout the Gainesville and Alachua area If you take pride in your work and want to grow with a strong local construction company, we'd love to hear from you.
