Marine Construction Technician II Location:
Palm Coast, FL (In Person)
Pay:

Position Overview We are seeking a Marine Construction Technician II with hands-on experience in building and maintaining marine structures such as docks, seawalls, and piers. This role requires strong technical skills, the ability to work in coastal environments, and a team-oriented mindset. You'll work alongside experienced crews to deliver durable, high-quality marine projects. What Success Looks Like Projects completed safely, on time, and to high quality standards Strong teamwork and communication in the field Ability to solve problems and adapt to changing site conditions Structures built to meet engineering standards and environmental regulations Key Responsibilities Construct and install dock framing, decking, and seawall panels Operate tools and equipment such as power tools, pumps, and barges. Assist with pile setting, leveling, and anchoring structures Read and interpret basic blueprints and construction drawings Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site Support and help train entry-level crew members Qualifications 2-5 years of marine construction or carpentry experience Experience with materials and tools used in residential marine construction Strong work ethic and reliability Understanding of job site safety practices Ability to work outdoors in cold and hot weather and marine conditions Preferred Skills Experience with seawalls, docks, and pilings Familiarity with marine construction techniques Leadership or crew support experience Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay: $22-$30/hour 401(k) with company match Accidental, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off On-the-job training and growth opportunities Apply Today If you're ready to build a career in marine construction and work with a growing team, we'd love to hear from you.
