Master Carpenter

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various carpentry tasks, including framework and layout knowledge, siding installation, masonry work, roofing, and water damage restoration. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work with hand tools effectively. The Carpenter will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities Perform carpentry tasks such as installing siding, hanging doors, and executing masonry work. Restore structures by repairing or replacing damaged materials and ensuring they are plumb and level. Conduct water damage restoration projects, ensuring all affected areas are properly addressed. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete tasks. Collaborate with other team members to ensure project timelines are met. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency. Assist in heavy lifting as required during various stages of construction or restoration projects. Requirements Proven experience in carpentry or a related field, particularly in the restoration industry. Strong skills in siding installation, masonry, stucco work, and door hanging. Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with carpentry work. Familiarity with hand tools and power tools commonly used in carpentry. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and clients. Delegating tasks to team members in a cohesive, productive manner. MUST be willing to travel the state of Florida AND have a clean driving record.
