Service Technician Pay rate: $20-23 per hour
Schedule:
Monday - Friday | 7 AM - 3:30PM Location:
Fort Myers, FL 33912 Currently seeking Service Technicians with carpentry skills to join a team with one of the world's largest modular building companies with over 250 locations. Our client will train you if you have the basic skills needed for success in this role. This is not a short-term position; it is a career opportunity. Construction experience is required.Responsibilities:
Installing floors, wall framing Inspect/replace framework using carpentry skills Tile prep and installation Install structures and fixtures, such as windows. Maintain proper inventory levels of all equipment/tools/parts needed for service tasks. Maintain a safe work environment and practice safe work habits per company policies. Wear and use of personal protective equipmentRequirements:
Rough Carpentry experience such as wall framing or sub flooring installation Remodeling experience Background and drug testing Reliable and flexible to work overtime as needed Competitive Benefits After Direct Hire with the client!
