Job Description
We're looking for someone who isn't afraid of hard work , likes working with their hands, and wants to grow into a skilled carpenter. This is a hands on position in the field , working directly with experienced carpenters on real custom homes. Some carpentry experience is helpful, but you do not need years in the trade. What matters most is your work ethic , willingness to learn, and showing up ready to work every day. What You'll Be Doing Assisting lead carpenters on job sites Moving materials and setting up work areas Helping with basic carpentry tasks and tool use Keeping job sites clean, safe, and organized Learning how custom features are built and installed Jumping in wherever needed to keep projects moving What We're Looking For Reliable and steady Shows up on time and ready to work Willing to learn and take direction Positive attitude Strong attention to detail Comfortable with physical work and being on your feet Able to lift materials Has transportation and a valid driver's license Not afraid to get dirty and work with your hands Interested in growing in the carpentry trade What You'll Get Full time, steady work Hands on experience in real custom home building A team that values effort over ego Opportunity to grow if you show initiative Competitive pay based on experience A company that takes pride in its work and its people This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn from real craftsmen and be part of a team that builds custom homes with care and pride.
