- Climate-Controlled Facility (Crescent City) True House, a truss manufacturing company owned by Jacksonville-based engineering firm B-Lit, is looking to bring on a Carpenter Helpers to join their Crescent City team. This isn't your average labor job - you'll be working in a clean, climate-controlled facility with steady, full-time hours and room to grow.What You'll Be Doing:
- Loading and unloading lumber
- Measuring and marking materials for cuts
- Assisting in truss and floor joist production
- Supporting woodshop operations
- Learning skills that can move you into a saw-operator role (pay bump + advancement)
What Makes This Role Different:
- Not basic general labor - they need people with real mechanical aptitude or carpentry experience
- Full-time, Monday-Friday
- Minimum 40 hrs/week
- Day shift: $15/hr
- Night shift: $16/hr
