We specialize in the construction and repair of docks, bulkheads, seawalls, boat lifts, and other waterfront structures. Our team is committed to delivering exceptional craftsmanship, maintaining the highest safety standards, and building quality projects that stand the test of time. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Framer/Carpenter to join our marine construction team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality workmanship, and has experience reading plans, framing structures, and working with a variety of construction materials. The right candidate will be dependable, safety-conscious, and capable of working in a physically demanding environment around water and marine equipment. Responsibilities Construct and repair docks, piers, bulkheads, seawalls, and other marine structures Measure, cut, and install lumber, composite decking, pilings, framing members, and hardware Read and interpret construction drawings and project plans Use hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely and effectively Ensure all work meets company quality standards and project specifications Assist with material staging, loading, and unloading Maintain a clean and safe worksite Work collaboratively with crew members and supervisors to complete projects on schedule Requirements Ability to accurately measure and perform construction layout Experience using common carpentry hand and power tools Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Reliable transportation Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Ability to follow safety procedures and work effectively as part of a team Authorized to work in the United States Preferred Qualifications Marine construction experience Experience building docks, seawalls, bulkheads, or waterfront structures Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Equipment operation experience OSHA certification What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Overtime opportunities Company matched 401k Healthcare stipend PTO and paid holidays Consistent, year-round work Advancement opportunities for motivated team members Safety-focused work environment Opportunity to work on unique waterfront construction projects Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who takes pride in their craftsmanship, shows up ready to work, and understands that quality matters.
