We are seeking to incorporate an additional team lead into our staff. Our operations currently rely on a dedicated team of four highly efficient crews. Due to an expanding project pipeline we are actively seeking to hire a highly competent and experienced Carpenter/Lead Installer Essential Qualifications and Responsibilities The ideal candidate must be a self-starter who possesses a strong work ethic, exceptional craftsmanship, and the ability to manage time effectively. Key responsibilities and required skills include:

Door Installation:

The ability to efficiently and accurately hang all types of interior and exterior doors ensuring proper fit, swing, and hardware installation.

Time Management & Adherence:

Strict adherence to the job timelines and schedules provided by the Project Manager, demonstrating reliability and commitment to project completion dates.

Reading and Execution:

Proficiently read and interpret construction drawings to accurately execute the scope of work.

Measurement Proficiency:

A fundamental skill is the ability to accurately read and utilize a tape measure for precise cuts and installations.

Cabinetry:

Full capability in building, assembling, and installing custom and semi-custom cabinetry, ensuring proper leveling, alignment, and secure mounting.

Proactive Planning & Leadership:

Possessing the foresight to "see and plan ahead," anticipating next steps, material needs, and potential obstacles. The candidate must be able to lead and direct the assigned laborer effectively, keeping both themselves and the laborer on task and maximizing crew productivity. Tool Requirements To ensure immediate productivity, the candidate is required to provide their own basic set of hand tools and a full functioning power pack (e.g., cordless drill/driver set, batteries, charger). Home Wreckers supplies all major, specialized, and job specific power tools and heavy equipment needed for structural repairs and large-scale renovations. Home Wreckers operates on a 4-10 schedule. 7:00am-5:30pm Monday-Thursday. Must be able to lift 60 pounds.
