This is a PIECE work position, with strong potential. The hourly referenced is not what the pay is. That will be discussed during interview. Paid training available for the right candidate. Duties Installation of hurricane shutters Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently Read and follow measurements and work orders Maintain a clean and safe job site Work with team members to complete projects on schedule Requirements Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Mechanical skills and strong work ethic Ability to work outdoors and lift heave materials comfortable working at heights (swing stage experience preferred or willingness to learn) Join us if you're passionate about craftsmanship and eager to contribute your skills in a lively environment where every project is an opportunity to excel!
