As a key contributor to our remodeling projects, you will execute a wide range of construction tasks, ensuring each project exceeds client expectations with quality craftsmanship and efficiency. Your expertise will help revitalize spaces, enhance functionality, and create beautiful, lasting environments. Duties Interpret blueprints, schematics, and detailed construction plans to guide remodeling projects accurately. Operate hand tools, power tools, and specialized machinery safely and efficiently across various job sites. Perform carpentry tasks including framing, trim carpentry, door hanging, cabinet installation. Execute diverse construction activities such as flooring installation, tile laying (minor) Manage construction site logistics including material fabrication, caulking, plastering, and restoration work. Collaborate with project managers to estimate costs accurately and maintain schedules for timely project completion. Experience Proven construction site experience with a strong background in remodeling projects across residential or commercial settings. Demonstrated proficiency in blueprint reading and schematics interpretation for precise execution of tasks. Hands-on experience with plumbing and electrical systems to coordinate installations or repairs as needed. Skilled in the use of hand tools and power tools. Knowledge of construction management principles to coordinate multiple trades effectively while maintaining safety protocols. Minimum of 5 years experience in the remodeling industry
