  • Full-time Overview We are seeking a dependable and detail-driven Carpenter / Fabricator to join our team specializing in custom aluminum trailer manufacturing .
This position plays a key role in building high-quality race car and specialty trailers, including interior fabrication, aluminum panel installation, and hands-on assembly from start to finish. If you take pride in precision craftsmanship, enjoy working with your hands, and are comfortable in a fast-paced shop environment, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities Install aluminum sheeting for walls, ceilings, and partitions Measure, cut, and fit aluminum materials with precision Operate shop equipment including shears, saws, and fabrication tools Install insulation and interior components Perform basic 12V electrical work including lighting and outlets Assist with interior build-outs and finishing details Follow build plans, specifications, and shop safety standards Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace Requirements Experience in carpentry, fabrication, or trailer/RV manufacturing preferred Ability to accurately measure, cut, and install materials Comfortable operating hand tools and shop machinery Basic knowledge of electrical systems is a plus (training available) Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to lift materials and remain on your feet throughout the workday Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or within a team Preferred Qualifications Experience working with aluminum materials Background in trailer, RV, or custom vehicle builds Ability to read and interpret basic drawings or shop plans What We Offer Full-time, steady work Competitive pay based on experience and skill level Custom, hands-on builds — no assembly line work Clean, professional, and respectful shop environment Opportunity for growth within a rapidly expanding company
