Temp-to-Hire Pay:
$21-$28/hr Job Overview We're hiring dependable Residential Framers for a temp-to-hire role . Steady hours, outdoor work, and long-term opportunity. What You'll Do Frame floors, walls, roofs, trusses Read plans & measure accurately Cut/assemble materials Set trusses safely Keep jobsite clean Work as a team Requirements Framing experience preferred (not required) Read tape & basic plans Work outdoors in all weather Lift 50+ lbs, work at heights Reliable transportation Tools Needed Basic hand tools + PPE (hard hat, gloves, boots, glasses) Bonus Skills Saws, drill/impact, nail guns
Pay:
$21.00 - $28.00 per hour
