Work on a high-end residential project installing finish carpentry throughout a custom home. This is a great opportunity for a fully tooled Journeyman Finish Carpenter looking for immediate work, with the potential for the assignment to extend beyond the initial project duration.

PAY:

$26.00 - $28.00/hr. (based upon experience)

HOURS:

Expected shifts will be 8-hour days starting at 8:00 AM

SCHEDULE

Monday - Friday; approximately 40 hours per week

This is anticipated to be a one-week contract position, with the possibility of extension

Finish Carpenter Job Description:

The Finish Carpenter will be responsible for installing wood baseboards throughout a custom residence, installing closet shelving systems, and completing miscellaneous finish carpentry and handyman tasks as directed. Candidates must be able to work independently, maintain quality craftsmanship, and complete work efficiently while meeting project expectations. Qualifications for

Finish Carpenter:

5+ years of finish carpentry experience preferred Experience installing baseboards, trim, molding, shelving, and finish woodwork Ability to perform miscellaneous punch-list and handyman tasks Must be able to read a tape measure and make precise cuts and installations Must have all necessary finish carpentry hand and power tools Must be able to safely use hand and power tools and PPE Must be able to perform job duties that require standing, lifting, walking, bending, kneeling, twisting, and lifting up to 50 lbs. unassisted Position requires the use of PPE including safety glasses, work boots, gloves, and other standard jobsite PPE Additional Requirements for

Finish Carpenter:

Must be eligible to work in the United States Must have reliable transportation to the job site Must be a fully tooled Journeyman Finish Carpenter No drug screen required No background check required
