This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from framing and trim carpentry to restoration and remodeling. As a vital member of our crew, you will contribute to building, repairing, and restoring structures with precision and care. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and eager to develop their skills across various carpentry disciplines while ensuring safety and quality on every project site. This paid position provides hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment where your craftsmanship makes a real impact. Duties Assist with framing, trim carpentry, siding, and door hanging to support project timelines and quality standards Operate hand tools and power tools safely to cut, shape, install, and finish woodwork, fixtures, and other materials Read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute project plans Perform concrete forming, masonry work, rebar installation, and roofing tasks as needed for diverse projects Support restoration efforts including water damage remediation, mold remediation, plastering, stucco application, and general repair work Handle heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks such as material transport and site cleanup to maintain a safe work environment Collaborate with team members on fabricating custom components using woodworking or CNC machinery when required Assist with plumbing, electrical rough-ins, fixture installation, flooring installation, tile laying, and drywall finishing for comprehensive project execution Follow safety protocols diligently while working with scaffolding, metal stud framing, water damage restoration tools, or during demolition activities Experience Prior construction site experience demonstrating familiarity with carpentry techniques and safety procedures Knowledge of construction estimating processes is a plus for understanding project scope and resource needs Hands-on experience with various carpentry specialties including trim carpentry, framing carpentry, cabinetry installation, and metal stud framing Proficiency in using hand tools (saws, hammers, drills) and power tools (nail guns, grinders) effectively and safely Ability to read blueprints or schematics accurately for precise measurements and installation tasks Experience in restoration industry projects such as water damage repair or mold remediation is advantageous Familiarity with schematics for electrical or plumbing systems enhances versatility on complex jobsites Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged standing; ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Join our team today if you're ready to build your skills in a lively environment that values craftsmanship!
