The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various carpentry techniques and a passion for delivering high-quality craftsmanship. As a Finish Carpenter, you will be responsible for executing detailed finishing work on residential and commercial projects, ensuring that all installations meet the highest standards of quality and aesthetics. Responsibilities Construct and install frameworks, including walls, door frames, and window casings. Perform drywall installation and finishing to prepare surfaces for painting or other treatments. Execute flooring installation with precision, ensuring proper alignment and secure fitting. Install siding materials with attention to detail, ensuring durability and weather resistance. Utilize CNC machinery for precise cuts and designs as required by project specifications. Conduct mold remediation tasks as necessary to maintain safe and healthy environments. Complete trim carpentry work, including baseboards, crown molding, and other decorative elements. Collaborate with project managers and other tradespeople to ensure seamless project execution. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Requirements Install Interior Doors Must have skill saw, compressor, 6 foot level, nail gun or cordless nail gun Proven experience as a carpenter, with specific expertise in finish carpentry techniques. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately. Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
