What You'll Do:

Learn to work with many types of products like wood, PVC, Metal, Fibercement etc.. Assist in installing Interior trim like, baseboards, crown molding, doors, cabinetry and Exterior trim like corbels, brackets, shutters, window surrounds and much more Measure and cut materials under supervision Help maintain tools, equipment, and a clean job site Learn to read plans and follow detailed instructions Work alongside experienced carpenters to develop your skills

What We're Looking For:

You must be able to read a tape measure Strong work ethic, willingness to learn and take directions from others Basic knowledge of hand and power tools (ie cut saws, drills, hammer etc) Attention to detail and pride in your work Ability to show up on time and work as part of a team Reliable transportation On-the-job training with experienced professionals Opportunity for advancement into a skilled finish carpenter role Competitive starting pay (based on experience) Steady work and supportive team environment No extensive experience required—just a great attitude and a desire to learn a valuable trade.
