This is an opportunity to work on thoughtfully designed custom and spec homes with a steady pipeline of projects, full-time work, and long-term growth potential. We're looking for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, pays attention to detail, and wants to be part of building exceptional homes — not repetitive production work.
