Job Description We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Outdoor Construction Professionals to join our growing team. This role involves assisting with the construction and installation of various outdoor living projects. Responsibilities Assist in building sunrooms, screen rooms, decks, docks and pergolas Perform general labor tasks including lifting, digging and material handling Support landscaping and pool renovation projects Operate basic hand and power tools Maintain a clean and safe job site Follow directions from crew leaders and supervisors Requirements Previous construction or outdoor labor experience preferred (but not required) Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather conditions Reliable transportation to job sites Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to lift 80+ lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day Willingness to learn and grow with the company What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Opportunities for advancement Hands-on training Consistent work with a growing company We are committed to fostering growth through hands-on experience across multiple facets of construction and restoration.
