Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Millwork Carpenter Assembler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in millwork assembly, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship. This role involves assembling various millwork components, ensuring precision and adherence to specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble millwork components such as doors, windows, cabinets, panels, and moldings. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine assembly requirements. Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery to cut, shape, and assemble materials. Inspect and verify the quality of assembled products, making adjustments as necessary. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience working on millworks environments Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints. Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques, tools, and machinery. Excellent attention to detail and precision in assembly work. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
