SD Properties SD Properties is seeking a skilled and reliable Carpenter/Handyman to join our growing team. We manage and maintain residential and commercial properties and are looking for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship and can handle a wide range of repair and improvement tasks. Responsibilities to include but not limited to:- Perform general carpentry work
- Handle maintenance and repair tasks
- Complete work orders efficiently and to a high standard
- Troubleshoot issues and recommend practical solutions
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment Requirements that are a must:
- Proven experience as a carpenter and handyman
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and general maintenance
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of basic plumbing and electrical systems
