Carpenter Job Description We are seeking a skilled carpenter with a focus on woodworking, cabinet making or carpentry, laminate, and new home construction/remodeling. The ideal candidate should possess their own tools and have experience using both hand and power tools to assemble panels and other display booth components. Responsibilities Use hand tools such as hammers, wrenches, and screwdrivers. Operate power tools including power drills and air guns. Assemble panels and other display booth components. Work with blueprints to construct and install structures. Perform finish carpentry and installations as needed. Essential Skills Proficiency in woodworking, cabinet making, and carpentry. Experience with laminate and new home construction/remodeling. Ability to use both hand tools and power tools effectively. Familiarity with blueprints and framing techniques. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with finish carpentry and installation processes. Capability to measure accurately using a tape measure. Why Work Here? Expect to work alongside approximately 50 employees during peak times. The dress code requires long pants and steel-toed boots for safety. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Austell, GA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
