Full-Time Russian or Spanish is a plus Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Carpenter for our manufacturing facility in Winder, GA. This position supports the production and installation of construction-related materials and components used for company construction projects. The ideal candidate has experience working with wood, metal, tools, measurements, and production or construction environments. Candidates should be able to work independently, follow drawings and specifications, and maintain quality and safety standards in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. ⸻ Responsibilities Perform carpentry and assembly work for construction-related materials and components Read and interpret measurements, layouts, and production drawings Cut, measure, assemble, and install wood or metal materials accurately Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely Assist with fabrication, framing, formwork, and production support tasks Maintain quality standards and production accuracy Support material preparation Follow supervisor instructions and production schedules Maintain safe work practices and comply with company safety procedures Assist with loading, handling, and movement of materials as needed ⸻ Requirements Russian or Spanish as a second language is a plus Previous carpentry, manufacturing, or construction experience preferred Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools Experience reading tape measurements and basic drawings Strong attention to detail and workmanship Ability to lift materials and work in an active production environment Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license preferred OSHA certification is a plus ⸻ Pay $22-24 per hour depending on experience ⸻ Benefits 401(k) Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid time off Career growth opportunities within PNK Group ⸻ Work Location Winder, GA In-person /
