Full-Time | Non-Union We're currently seeking a full-time Carpenter Helper to join our growing residential construction team. If you're hardworking, dependable, and passionate about quality craftsmanship, we want to hear from you!
What We're Looking For:
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of carpentry experience.
Skills:
Proficient with hand and power tools, with the ability to assist in framing, trim work, and various other carpentry tasks.
Attitude:
Must be reliable, flexible, and committed to getting the job done right and on time.
Team Player:
Able to follow directions and work well with others in a collaborative environment.
Requirements:
Formal carpentry training Basic tool set Reliable transportation
What You'll Do:
As a Carpenter Helper, you will support skilled carpenters in various residential construction projects, ensuring the efficient execution of tasks. Your core skills in hand and power tools, along with a solid understanding of carpentry, will be essential in assisting with framing, trim work, and blueprint reading. You will also have the opportunity to develop premium skills in construction estimating and specialized carpentry techniques.
