Finish Carpenter

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Finish Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing precise finish carpentry work that enhances the aesthetic and functional quality of residential, commercial, or restoration projects. Your expertise will ensure that every detail—from trim to cabinetry—is completed with craftsmanship and attention to detail. Responsibilities Install trim, molding, cabinetry, doors, and fixtures with precision and care Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute detailed carpentry tasks Perform framing, drywall finishing, plastering, and stucco work as needed for project completion Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to cut, shape, and assemble materials Conduct concrete forming, rebar installation, roofing, siding, and metal stud framing when required Assist with restoration projects including water damage remediation, mold remediation, and structural repairs Measure accurately for custom fabrication and ensure proper fitment of all components Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other tradespeople to meet project specifications Maintain a clean and organized work site while adhering to safety protocols at all times Skills Extensive experience with construction estimating and blueprint reading Proficiency in trim carpentry, door hanging, fixture installation, cabinetry setup, and flooring installation Strong knowledge of framing carpentry including metal studs and wood framing techniques Skilled in the use of hand tools (saws, chisels, hammers) and power tools (drills, saws) for various tasks Familiarity with schematics related to electrical systems, plumbing, masonry, and HVAC components Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining proper ergonomics Experience with water damage restoration, mold remediation, or general restoration industry work is a plus Knowledge of CNC fabrication processes or manufacturing environments is advantageous Capable of working at heights on roofing or scaffolding safely during siding or roofing projects Understanding of construction painting techniques and caulking for finishing touches Ability to read technical drawings accurately for precise fabrication and installation tasks Join our team as a Finish Carpenter if you're passionate about craftsmanship!
