Job Description
Foreman / Carpenter Eastern & Central Iowa Full-Time Competitive Pay + Excellent Benefits A well-established commercial construction company is seeking experienced Foremen and Carpenters to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who take pride in quality craftsmanship and want to work on a variety of new construction and remodeling projects throughout Eastern and Central Iowa. Responsibilities Perform framing, window and door installation, and finish carpentry work Install casework, cabinetry, and specialty building components Read and follow project plans and specifications Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely Work collaboratively with project teams to complete projects on time and to quality standards Maintain a safe and organized job site Foreman candidates will also oversee daily jobsite activities, coordinate crews, and communicate with project management regarding project progress and scheduling. Qualifications Valid Driver's License required Construction or carpentry experience preferred Experience on commercial or large-scale construction projects is a plus Ability to safely operate construction tools and equipment Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable, dependable, and self-motivated Leadership experience preferred for Foreman positions Schedule Monday through Friday Typical hours: 6:30 AM - 4:00 PM Benefits Competitive hourly wages based on experience Health Insurance Dental Insurance Life Insurance Disability Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Holidays Consistent, year-round work Why Apply?
