Experienced Trim & Finish Carpenter Kalona, IA | Full-Time or Part-Time We looking for a skilled and motivated Finish Carpenter to join our growing team. We are not looking to train a beginner. We need a seasoned, self-motivated professional who can step onto a job site, look at the blueprints or scope of work, and execute it flawlessly with minimal supervision. The work will consist of installing cabinets, trims, and doors in new houses, and cabinet removal, prep, and installation, in kitchen remodel projects. Schedule:

2-3 days per week; The schedule will vary each week.

Experience Level:

A few years in finish carpentry is required. Key Responsibilities Measure, cut, and install high-end trims, molding, doors, and cabinetry. Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, or product specifications accurately. Inspect finished surfaces to ensure they meet our strict quality standards. Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment. Communicate effectively with project managers and other trades on site when necessary.

Qualifications Required:

Prior experience in cabinet and trim installation. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license. A commitment to clean cuts, tight joints, and leaving a spotless workspace.
