In this role, you will be responsible for executing a variety of remodeling projects, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards. You will collaborate with project managers, clients, and other trades to transform spaces efficiently and beautifully. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your expertise in residential renovation, contribute to impactful transformations, and grow within a supportive environment that values your skills and dedication. Pay is based on experience. Duties Perform comprehensive remodeling tasks including framing, drywall installation, flooring, windows, doors, siding, cabinetry, and trim carpentry to bring renovation visions to life. Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and fabrication machinery safely and effectively across multiple job sites. Read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings accurately to ensure precise execution of design specifications. Conduct construction inspections to verify quality standards, safety compliance, and project progress throughout each phase. Install windows, doors, cabinets, flooring materials, siding, and perform detailed finishing work such as caulking. Collaborate with project managers on construction estimating and scheduling to optimize workflow and resource allocation. Maintain proper licensing and insurance Skills Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction management principles. Skilled in various trades such as carpentry (frame carpentry, trim carpentry), windows, siding, and flooring installation.
