  • is hiring an Entry-Level Trim Carpenter for new residential construction and light multifamily projects in the Treasure Valley. This position focuses primarily on installing baseboard, door hardware, and bath hardware. No extensive experience required—we are willing to train the right person with a good attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Pay:
  • Starting at $18.00/hour
  • Responsibilities:
  • Install baseboard and trim components
  • Install door hardware and bath accessories
  • Maintain clean and organized job sites
  • Work safely and follow company quality standards
  • Learn finish carpentry skills through on-the-job training
  • Requirements:
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift and carry construction materials
  • Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn
  • Basic hand tools are a plus but not required
