We employ multiple finish crews and take pride in our craftsmen. Patrick Millwork is growing and on the hunt for quality crew members who take pride in their work and are career oriented. We are looking for finish carpenters or applicants that are eager to learn the trade.

Requirements:

A thorough understanding in the installation of the following is recommended: Baseboard, closet packages, door and window trim. Interior and exteriors doors, pocket doors, and barn doors. Fireplace mantels, box beams, crown molding, ship-lap, and wainscoting.

Required tools include:

air compressor, nail guns (15, 16, 18, & 23 ga), air hoses, 4' ladder, drill/driver, 12" slide dual bevel miter saw, 5" orbital sander, table saw w/ full stand and out feed table, routers, extension cords, reciprocating saw, multi-tool, circular saw, etc. If you don't own all of the above tools there is potential for tools to be loaned to you for a period of time until you are able to purchase all of the required equipment. There is also a possibility of the company purchasing tools for you and you slowly pay them off without interest.

Location & Hours:

Most projects are located within the Treasure Valley. Normal work hours are 7:30am - 4:00pm. This is a full-time position that requires 40 hours a week. Every once in a while you will be requested to work a few hours of overtime on a Saturday or an evening. This typically happens no more than once per month, but more overtime is available if you wish to put in extra hours.
