ABOUT THE COMPANY
Patrick Millwork, Inc. is a family-owned finish contractor and stair-builder focused on high-end residential work. We specialize in precision millwork and quality-built stairs, with an emphasis on solid craftsmanship, accuracy, and efficiency in the shop and on site. We're a tight, team-oriented operation looking for an experienced Wood Shop Technician who knows their way around a wood shop and takes pride in their work.
EXPERIENCED WOOD SHOP TECHNICIAN - POSITION OVERVIEW
The Wood Shop Technician will be responsible for producing high-quality wood products from start to finish. This role requires hands-on experience with woodworking machinery, the ability to read shop orders, make precise measurements, and a strong commitment to craftsmanship and safety.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate woodworking machinery such as table saws, planers, jointers, sanders, and routers Read and interpret shop work orders and cut lists Measure, cut, assemble, and finish wood components with precision Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Perform basic equipment maintenance and report issues as needed Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and quality standards Uphold company values and treat customers' projects with care Maintain reliable attendance, punctuality, and a positive, team-first attitude
QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of experience working in a professional wood shop Strong knowledge of woodworking tools, machinery, and techniques Ability to work independently and as part of a small team Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Our wood shop custom builds treads, risers, mouldings, barn doors, fireplace mantels, newel posts, and more, supplying projects across the valley. We're looking for someone who can step in, pull their weight, and help keep up with current production demands.
REQUIREMENTS
Must be 18 years of age or older Must know how to read a tape measure. Be able to work Mon-Fri, 7:30-4:00pm. Understand and know how to use big power tools (jointer, sander, table saw, miter saw, etc.)
LOCATION & HOURS
Normal work hours are 7:30am - 4:00pm, Monday - Friday. This is a full-time position with 40 hours per week - weekends are yours. Submit your resume to apply.
