• Compensation Package DOE + travel per diem Company Vehicle 401K, Dental, Health, Vision Available Full Time Lead Construction Carpenter / Working Superintendent Well established, fast paced Commercial Contractor looking for an experienced, working Superintendent to join our team.

Ideal candidate would be willing to travel. Candidate should be able to demonstrate at least 7 years as project Lead/Superintendent with diverse commercial construction experience with basic computer literacy. Position responsibilities include:

• Supervision of field operations and crews
• Coordination with Project Managers on project scope, budget, schedule
• Communication with Owner representatives
• Working with crews to ensure quality and timely delivery of project
• Enforcement of company policies and safety regulations
• Assist with Project Submittals
• Other duties as determined by Project Manager Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Adobe preferred.

Projects are located primarily in the western US and often require extended periods of travel. Housing and Per Diem are provided for out of market projects. Candidate located in the Spokane, WA and N. Idaho preferred, but not required. Reasonable access to a major airport is required. Employer is a VEVRAA Federal Contractor.
