What You'll Do (Starting Point) Receive, organize, and stage materials for jobs Load/unload trucks and support deliveries to job sites Pick and prep materials for upcoming projects Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse Assist with returns and inventory tracking Support job site clean-up and basic labor tasks as needed Your Growth Path Phase 1: Warehouse training (materials + operations) Phase 2: Job site support with Lead Carpenters Phase 3: Apprentice Carpenter (hands-on trade work) If you show up, work hard, and learn—you WILL grow.
