Job Summary Wrightwood Remodeling is looking for one exceptional remodeling professional to join our team! We are not hiring a handyman. We are not looking for average. We are searching for someone who takes serious pride in their work and can help deliver high-end residential remodling projects with craftsmanship that stands above the rest. This position is for a true professional-someone equally comfortable building, solving problems communicating with homeowners, and leading projects in the field. If your standards are high, your work is clean, and people consistently compliment your craftsmanship, keep reading. About the Work We specialize in high-end residential remodeling with emphasis on: Custom trim and finish carpentry Detailed tile installation and shower systems Kitchens and bathrooms Full interior remodeling Fine finish details that homeowners notice This is quality-first work . We care deeply about details, cleanliness, professionalism, and doing things the right way. We would rather take longer and build it correctly than rush and cut corners. Who We're Looking For You should be the type of person who: Walks into a project and immediately sees potential issues before they become problems Has a strong eye for finish details and clean lines Takes ownership and doesn't need to be micromanaged Communicates professionally with clients Shows up on time, everytime Can manage project while still producing high-level work in the field Treats every client's home with respect
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE
(NON-NEGOTIABLE) Please do not apply unless you meet these requirements: 10+ experience of residential remodeling experience Expert-level trim carpentry an dfinish work Strong tile installation experience (layout, prep, waterproofing, showers, details matter) Ability to complete projects with minimal supervision Proven history of high-quality craftsmanship Photo portfolio of completed work
REQUIRED
Reliable transportation and own professional-grade tools Valid driver's license Experience High-end trim carpentry Cabinet installation Tile showers & waterproofing systems Flooring installation Doors, windows, framing Drywall repairs & finish work Light plumbing/electrical understanding Full remodel sequencing and problem solving Responsibilities Running remodeling projects in the field Maintaining quality control Coordinating work flow and keeping projects moving Communicating professionally with homeowners Producing exceptional finish work Keeping job sites organized and clean Helping maintain Wrightwood Remodeling's reputation for quality At Wrightwood Remodeling, we value: Craftmanship Professionalism Integrity Accountability We care about the little things because the little things are what separate average work from exceptional work. Pay:
$40.00 - $60.00 per hour
