This is an exciting opportunity to work directly on-site with a busy, expanding team that specializes in residential remodeling projects including bathrooms, kitchens, additions, demolition, framing, trim, drywall, painting, doors, hardware, and punch-list carpentry. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Carpenter Foreman position include: 5+ years of residential construction or carpentry experience, with foreman or supervisory experience preferred Strong hands-on carpentry skills including drywall, painting, trim work, framing, doors, hardware, demolition, and punch-list tasks Assist the Project Manager with daily jobsite coordination, site meetings, scheduling, progress updates, and issue resolution Lead crews, monitor labor productivity, coordinate subcontractors, and help maintain quality and safety standards Track materials, tools, equipment, and deliveries to keep projects moving efficiently Ability to read plans, manage jobsite logistics, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced field environment Work directly on local project sites Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with no office reporting required Support residential projects ranging from $20,000•50,000 and $150,000•300,000
Salary:
$60,000•$80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
